Coconut Cream Concentrate

Coconut Cream Concentrate is whole coconut meat in concentrated form. It is sometimes referred to as “coconut butter.”

  • Contains All the fiber of the coconut.
  • Made from Philippine coconuts grown without pesticides or fertilizers.

Almost all commercial coconut milks and creams have additives to prevent the water from separating from the coconut oil, and also have sulfites added to keep it white longer.

Palm shortening is palm oil that has some of its unsaturated fats removed, giving it a very firm texture, and high melting point.

  • The melting point is 97 degrees F., making it very shelf stable
  • It is great for deep-fat frying and baking, and is not prone to rancidity.
  • Since it has been separated from some of the unsaturated portion of the oil, it is colorless and odorless, and will not affect the taste of foods like Virgin Palm Oil does.
